Does it mean that
Kerry is the root cause of terrorism? (and we need more)
Does it mean that
Kerry has roots in terrorism? (and thus he'll better understand )
Does it mean that
Sebring is hard-up for some cool_chick attention? (and believes adding his own words to reinforce CC's simple belief system will get him in good)
