Chris, when I said it's not for me, I should have said it's for my wife. I don't touch her stuff so she leaves my toys alone as well. We don't share things like cameras or computers. Hell, I'm not all that exited about her Boxster, but that's fine, 'cause it's hers. I just pay for it. There again, she has never ever asked anything about how much money I spend on cars.

So, she wants at DVD camcorder for only one reason and it's not the reason you should want one for. She wants to play her unedited discs right now in the laptop or DVD player, no muss, no fuss. OK by me.

Just want to know what I'm buying her, that's all.
