I think everyone probably goes through this. I just put a 2.4T together and got a leak. It was coming from the left side between the chain housing and the cam housing. So I opened up the left chain housing and removed the chain sprocket on the left cam. Just as I suspected I had not torqued the three bolts that tighten down the round flange for the O-ring gasket between the two parts. Lucky for me an easy fix and now no leaks!!!
