Oh soooo just BLAME everything on Bushy Coolie....thats the error or chink in your armour....NOBODY is to blame for evrything....That 36% might fluctuate 5% plus or minus every couple of years do to economic conditions in one place or another...
Another thing you sadly don't recognize is the fact that NO MATTER who the President is the Engine of Business and Government continues on ...I call it the system...and whoa to anybody who stands in the way of the system....If you say Kerry is a champion of the Enviroment....I'd have to laugh at how naive you are....Kerry has been bought and paid for by the system...otherwise he wouldn't have been the Democratic Parties Nominee....furthermore the system considers any office holder as only being a TEMPORARY occupant for warming the seat...
