It actually started in 2000, when Gore started suing in every court he could find. There was never any doubt that it would end up in the Supreme Court.

The GOP is not going to sit around while Kerry has 10,000 lawyers ready to sue again in every court HE can find. Up until 2000, elections weren't that close and nobody needed to go to extraordinary lengths to try and get a different count.

It's too bad each side is using the tactic of trying to REJECT votes in order to win rather than get more legitamate voters qualified in order to win.

BTW, it was Clinton that granted citizenship to thousands of illegal aliens just before the '96 election to get votes. In Florida, the Dems are trying to register thousands of felons, so each side is working their collective a$$es off in this one.
