The extra hole on the left turbo won't do jack. There's an O-ring around the fitting to control oil flow anyway so the oil won't get past the O-ring and into that "extra" hole anyway. I'd remove the plastic or it's going to ignite or melt though. Find a metal plug, if anything.
Is the one on the left a #8 hot side?
