Well your post certainly backs up mine (Although I did not depend solely on what his longtime friend said..as you did). It mentions the 2 lone felony cases (a rape and a murder) oh..and the "notorious gangster"...wasn't he the one who sought to corner the local pinball game market..LOL (No joke).
Oh...and "tripling the staff" to do the same amount of work costing an additional $3.8 million tax dollars ('76 dollars mind you)..certainly was a sign of things to come...wasn't it?
