You can order one anytime from Habberstadt Mini in Long Island, NY.
They sell at sticker and can usually deliver one to your specs in 7-8 weeks. I ordered one from them last year, when CA dealers wanted sticker + 4-6K and a 6 month wait! Cost me about 1300 to truck it to Southern CA enclosed. Of course you could fly to NYC and drive it home, but I took delivery Jan 3. Cross country weather sucked at that time.
