I don't see a lot of prospect for unity either, unless unity is a code word for liberals accepting conservative beliefs. As Moses said:

I wonder if the USA isn't about to enter a 4 year experiment in relatively unconstrained conservatism. A bad thing? Well I think so, but obviously not all do.
