Rules, what rules? This car is for DE's; the only rule is to keep the shiny side up and don't hit anything
I'm keeping the wipers - occasionally I'll run an event in the rain. I just remembered seeing an article in Excellence or some such about someone who treated their windshield with something so they didn't have to run wipers. Can't remember who or what.
