To use your Bosch hammer tool for checking the Tiptronic fluid temp:
Connect the cable up as usual
Turn the hammer on and let it do the normal test cycle
Then you will see a menu of systems – on the second page, open Tiptronic
Another menu will appear – on the second page, open Actual Values
Go down that list until you find Temperature
