Yes, Ed, that certainly does look to be the case. I wonder what Colin Powell's going to do now? I've heard he has an affinity for racing and fixing up Volvo cars. I'm sure a two-ton hunk of Swedish steel can be better negotiated with than his past-tense cabinet contingent.
