I feel I'm falling into a trap here ... but I'll bite anyway.
I have often wondered why some countries are allowed to defend themseslves, even build new ones (ourselves included), yet other countries are not allowed to defend themselves.
If I were a country, I'd sure like to have the ability to defend myself against attack.
