Installs between Grant installation kit and steering wheel to allow for additional clearance. Black rubber styling sleeve in matte black finish, inner collar and Grade 5 hardware for extra strength, ruggedness and durability." This is what I bought for my Grant Challenger steering wheel, since the stock had a fairly long neck, and now it's an effort to miss the wipers or turn signal stalks.
