My understanding of the water pump is that the blades themselves are pretty duarble. The failure occurs in the seals. I am nice and dry. Do the blades "wear out"? If so, how? Also, the pump has been replaced sometime in the past by the po.

Also, I ran the car today after more bleeding ( I feel like a medevial barber). Temp up to but just below the yellow. Runs like a champ, though.

I yanked the instrument cluster out to check grounds. I put a voltmeter on the ground lead to the 12 pin connector on the back of the gauge, I am reading 3.2 milivolts. I expected 0 since it should be a direct ground. What the He_l? I connected a jumper ground wire to the ground on the back of the gauge and fired it up. It still indicated hot. It also jumps when the fan is turned on or the lights are turned on, but it settles down.

Where is the ground connector? Does anyone have a picture? Comments on the Water pump?
