I believe in coincidence in History, that there are going to be those nasty little facts that just don't add up. It wouldn't be normal if there weren't a few of those lying around....

However with LHO there are just too many discrepencys/coincidences in his story that makes one wonder...

LHO's older Brother says he did it, His wife Marina says he didn't.???

The Warren Commisssion was convened to tidy up the assination for several reasons. First and foremost is the fact that we didn't want the bloody trail to lead to Castro and another confrontation with the Soviets. Second at the time US covert action was not well known by the American public...our government felt that this type of action (assination attempts on Castro and the assination of Diem in S Vietnam) wouldn't be condoned by the American public...within a few years all of this information began trickling out...till today we are quiet distrustfull of our government..

What are some of the leading discrepencys in the Lone Gunman scenerio...When the first policeman reached the Grassyknoll he stopped an indivdual who said he was Secret Service and let him go? There were no SS men present other than in the motorcade. The Camp St address on the Friends of Cuba literature that LHO was passing out in New Orleans in the summer of 63 (was another entrance to the offices of Guy Banister). LHO 90 second dash to the Lunch Room of the Book Depository, with out being out of breath? The cartridge cases the police officer picked up at the Officer Tibdets murder scene were marked with his initials and when he reviewed them for the Warren Commission the cases he saw didn't have his initials on them. The 3 shot sequence in 7 seconds, the Zapruder film showing Kennedy moving to the back and left on the 3rd shot, The magic Bullet, Finally the Texas Md's saying the back of Kennedys skull was gone, whereas the Navy autopsy showed the front as being missing ( the Navy MD in charge burned his notes after the autopsy). Why did LHO take a Russian language test while in the USMC, he was also know to be a mediocre marksman...

I don't think that the autopsys was a cover up or white wash...RFK and I think Jackie were waiting upstairs for it's conclusion...so the military people felt a need to hurry up...alot of seemingly suspicious events can be explained away....

I think LHO was a low level informant in the employ of a US intelligence agency...who got caught up in something far bigger than himself.

NOw the Why of the JFK assination...either LHO did it out of personal pique or some group of people came together to do the deed...

JFK and the Kennedy reputation was one of doing things their way and if anybody didn't like it..tough (this trait can still be seen today with the death of RFK's son running into a tree while skiing, even after being told by the hotel not too..that it was dangerous) this was seen as being OUT OF CONTROL OF THE SYSTEM....
