do it in spring. as soon as the NW rains let up you hit the roads. All you need is a one week window to hit the finest ride that a loop of N Calif, Oregun, Idaho, Utah, and Nevada has to offer.
No out of school kids, no tourists, HP is relaxed, and weather is perfect for a big rpm ride.
