Tech Writer and training developer for a small consulting outfit. Pluses: learn about lots of stuff, chemical processing, paper making, health insurance, pharmeceutical processing, oil refining, plastics manufacture...
Minuses: travel a lot, where's the next contract coming from, regulatory requirements, OSHA, EPA, FDA, ISO, etc. etc. etc...
Previously, 15 years with GE Aerospace, started as an electronics assembler and worked up to manufacturing/process engineer
