Gelson's (near Fashion Island in Newport)
Grower's Direct Produce Co-op (17th and Superior in Costa Mesa, great selection of local produce, berries, nuts, etc. and VERY cheap)
Irvine Ranch Market (never been there, heard it's pretty good)

There are some other places around as well, but I don't know if they're any good.
