It goes from the throttle body, breaks into a T with the vertical line of the T being a short (2 inch or less) line going to the top of the Decel Valve, and the other part of the T continuing on to eventually end up at the Warm Up Regulator (attached to the base of intake runner no. 2, the center one on the drivers side).
But, it first goes to a small black disc which has a 2 prong electrical connection.
So, it goes like this: Out of the T to the small black disc, then out of the small black disc to the warm up regulator.
Not sure of its function, other than obviously to give the WUR information on throttle position/manifold pressure. I'm surprised if your car can run without this info.
