This is not a culture. Gangs and gang members are a cancer on society. . Do you remember the chain-gangs of the 20s-30s. They were outlawed because they were considered cruel and unusual punishment. Give them 10 years hard labour, and then deport them to their country of origin. Make it less appealing to be gang-banging here. I know I'm going to catch hell for this statement. But what about the rights of the victims to this vermin?

If you are gang-member, you all should be rounded up and put into interrment camps doing hard labour. Send a message back to their countries of origin that gang activity will not be tolerated here.
