MS 13 and the other gangs are a very good reason to have a CC permit.
There are areas in LA that you could not pay me enough to drive through even during the day. When it gets bad enough something will happen to clean it up but glad I do not live there.
Used to enjoy Central America but its now on the list of "do not go there" places. Just not worth it and I was there during the war. Feel that this is worse with all the gangs...
