Personally I like Thom's idea. Have raids up and down America where ever the gangs are peddling their illegal drugs. Put all of the homies in several planes and present their A$$ a day later in downtown Baghdad. Let them spread out and discuss "life" with the residents.
Could be very fun to sit back and watch...
