She watched a Discovery Channel special on custom bike building and has softened her stance. Her dad had a beautiful Triumph Trident back in the day, and I always had bikes when we were dating and first married. Problem is, when I was young I had a few spills on my bikes. She remembers that. I know I would be a much more cautious rider now than I was then.
