The washer reservoir fill is located directly adjacent to your fuel filler cap. It has a smokey-white cover which can be snapped off, and is awfully close to the fuel filler.
The pump is located in the trunk, just in front of the battery. It is also smokey-white, somewhat small, and has tubes sticking up from it.
From the sounds of it, your pump is working (many pumps expire an untimely death), but it sounds as if your tubes are disconnected. Check the tubes coming out of the top first, since that is the easiest check. Then you will have to check the connection at the washer itself. This is more difficult, but I don't think you have to remove the bumper (at least I have never done so). You may be able to get at it fromm below. Just follow the tubes from the pump to what's wrong.......Andras
