GPR, you are giving us a sales pitch. OK, so we won't have to pay GPR until a part has left AA and GPR will continue to provide good service, but when, how and in what condition are the parts? You haven't answered my concern about how GPR will control AA's operations? How can you guarantee good service w/o having control of a yard on the other coast.

When I need a part, I need it fast. I don't plan projects too well, and I surely don't plan breakdowns. So if I call GPR, GPR will tell me they have a part but it'll be shipped from the Georgia warehouse. OK, I'll then ask the GPR agent, what's it look like? Will it work? What will the GPR agent tell me? And if the information given to GPR by AA is flawed, guess who gets screwed? Yes, I know, GPR will handle it, but in the meantime the customer is still stuck! Stuck w/o a good working part....and the wait begins...in the meantime, I've lost my track fees or some other "cost" to me, because I relied on the spoken word of the GPR agent who has little to no control over what happens 3000 miles away, and who has never seen the part he/she sold me.

It's an example, and I don't have a problem with GPR, but don't try to pitch something unless you have answers....I have a lot of technical sales guys come by and try to blow BS across my desk...they are a waste of my time.
