Just to put a few things into perspective again...

When you deal with customers regarding parts, it's a subject that's near and dear. Many times it's not just the cost of the parts. it's the time associated to planning, preparing the car for the repair, doing the repair and button up.

If a sub-standard part(s) are received, it doubles the time factor and adds another: aggravation.

It is a very legitimate question that Souk asked....
