Souk, point well taken, and I just talked with Dave. To answer that, if you have a problem with getting something from AA, tell us and we will send you the part from the GPR wharehouse. We will give you the sadisfation that it came from us. Most of the used parts won't come from AA anyways because 95% of our used parts came from original California cars. Hussey needs us more for used parts than we need him. Likewise, Hussey has more reproduction parts that we now have access too.

I understand the reputation that AA has, it was one of my concerns when Dave first told me. But any business, even GPR, can send a brand new part that is flawed. So being screwed is not limited to AA. Its how one resolves the situation. No one is perfect, and reputation is something we as buyers look for when searching for parts.
