Lack of open-mindeness makes this discussion very tiresome. It's like discussing with a religious fanatic that gladely uses information (indiscriminately and w/o any credibility check) but just as long is it support their line of thinking. If not, information is flagged as fabrication or lies.
I was initially thinking about spending some time and energy to try to explain to you why system of emission rights actually benefits us all....but I don't think it's worth.
