I wonder why that officer had any trouble at all taking the drunk down with his bare hands. The officer was a few inches taller, much more muscular, and not drunk. From what little of the hand-to-hand that occured on screen it looked like that officer had abolutely no hand-to-hand combat trianing. And it really takes very little knowledge of hand-to-hand combat to take out a smaller, weaker, drunk oppenent. IMO if the officer had a week or two of proper training he would have taken the drunk down about a second after he took ahold of his arm, and never would have needed to to resort to the stun gun.
