3M has a product called 'Flexible Epoxy,' available at automotive paint supply stores that is probably capable of being used for that repair, but as cured, it is medium gray. It would have to be painted to match the color of your chin spoiler, and that might be pretty hard to match, and it is fairly expensive, at about $40 for a kit of two large tubes.
