I've seen them, and they're very nice - albeit pricy. I think the movements are Swiss - which is quite ubiquitous for most higher-end watches; so they should be reliable.
My only hangup with Montblanc watches is Montblanc traditionally makes writing instruments - and that's what I know them for. I like to separate my name brand items - watches made by a watch company, pens made by a pen company, etc. For instance, I'd never buy a Mercedes Benz mountain bike, if you know what I mean.
