the answer is defintely 'yes'. the rub? the numbers. if the dollar amounts get big enough, the govt. and / or Postal Svc. will get involved. however, most people just want to put the problem behind them and get on with their lives. that's where he makes his living. additionally, some people think that telling the truth in a public forum leaves them open to slander. there is more current contact info listed in the early911S thread. i believe the woman's name listed is his wife.
