I'm not "blaming" Clinton or anybody -- merely pointing out the American if not the human impossibility of maintaining a coerced or voluntary secrecy of consequence for an indefinte period of time. Isn't that what we are talking about? JFK was or was not a conspiracy; I choose to see it as an assassination. 9/11 was a conspiracy of sorts, but also a criminal plot the accomplishment of which dissolved the conspiracy. So it was not an open-ended "conspiracy." RFK, again, an assassination. OKC, again, a plot whose event exploded the conspiracy. Waco? I'm not sure what Waco was other than a grand and fatal display of incompetence -- demonstrating my argument about human fallibility and conspiracies.
No, I do not believe in conspiracies, of the type at least in which people hold sinister secrets about spectacular events endlessly into time. People are too incompetent, too driven by an urge to unload their secrets.
