I have a 944 S2 and a '98 M3. The M3 is more solid, safer and faster. If you were to buy one go with the M3 compared to a 951. The running costs will be much lower with the M3. And if you need a car for winter driving the M3 is excellent with snow tires. Best of all, the prices on the M3's have fallen through the floor, so there are deals everywhere.
