Any good writers out there? Can anyone eloquently and succinctly put the Pelican business model into words: build a community around a passion, foster it, make it a place where people hang out much like the corner bar, they develop an affinity and buy stuff when they need.

And part of the secret is giving people the means to talk about the stuff they just bought, show it off, making other people want to buy it.

Can anyone articulate this well? bTW, no I'm not copying Pelican, trying to get the G9Girl business plan in shape, due Wednesday, and the words are just not coming.
