Sure. Whatever. It's all a matter of degree. Can we redefine torture as "making one uncomfortable"? Is putting womens panties on Mustafas head torture?
Maybe asking questions of a suspect in an unfriendly tone might be torture if the suspect is a very sensitive type.
The bigger question is; Is it
ever acceptable to use torture as part of an interrogation?
