I quit smoking a few years ago, but nontheless this thread has inspired me to make some choices of my own. Starting this morning I'm taking the stairs instead of the elevator... I work on the 17th floor. I figure if I do that 3 times a day, up and down, that'll give me at least 30 minutes of exercise. That ought to help me avoid the "first heart attack by 50" family tradition. Thanks for the inspiration lendaddy.
