Great Job! 12 hours w/o chew is huge. The thing about chew is you can do it anywhere. All you need is a cup. Cigs are regulated as to where you can have one. The nicotine in chew is also much higher, and more addictive, than a cig.
I'm quit chew after 10+ years on September 10, 2004. I went to chew to quit cigs after about 10 years - big mistake.
It's really the first three to four days that are really bad physically. After that it's more mental. I won't lie, it is still difficult mentally each and every day.
