How did you feel when you saw footage of those US contract workers murdured, then their bodies burned and abused last year? Did you feel the perps did an outstanding job capturing our guys, then murduring them? Of course not (I assume). You probably felt repulsed, then utter hatred for people who could do that.
If Iraqis saw this photo of one of their guys with his brains gone, it would have the same affect on them (utter hatred for people who could do that). Is that the effect you/we want?
If you think this pic shows Iraqi insurgents our skill and prowess in killing them from long range, I would suggest you adjust your point of view.

Fintstone thinks that picture might act as some sort of deterent, even though the guy was about to blow himself to (much smaller) bits anyways. (Our sniper actually did the guy's mother a favor, his body was in more or less one piece for burial).
Don't try to reason w/ Fint, parallel logic goes right through him like ***** through a goose.
I commend the sniper for that great shot, but this board is not the place to post gore. There are plenty of other sites for that, people here don't want to accidentally stumble across pictures like that one.
