You cannot tie emergency disaster relief to "changing govt. policy", WTF would you like them to do, get together in smoky room and end child prostitution in the next 24 hrs. so that the relief supplies can resume flowing in??
I agree that any form of child exploitation is despicable, (flaunting or lack of child labor laws is a much bigger problem, numbers-wise), but this week is not the time to suddenly sort that out after 100s of years of
us looking the other way. Assclown.
