I am concerned that the relief money will be mismanged as if we gave it to Haliburton. They will have a surplus of money initially and corruption is wont. Later, after the US and the rest of the world has turned it's attention to the next items of interest, there won't be enough money and it will be life as usual.
Including the child prostitution. And the same miserable (by our standards) living conditions. My solution? Meter the money thru the UN or Red Cross. And, Steve, this would give more long term leverage for your agenda 'cause Denis is right.
