Go to Walmart. For just over $10 you can buy grey square foam pads which are 2' x 2'. They're in the automotive section. They come in large and small sizes.
Get the large, a pack of four. Place one under each wheel.
Concrete does leech moisture from rubber and cause unsightly sidewall cracks.
