You boys are lucky, I had my first at age 30. Clean bill of health though.

I did the Fleets phospho + dulcolax thing, no effect for about an hour then Mt. St. Helens. Spent the next 16 hours basically on the can. Fortunately I had a laptop to keep me occupied.

Then the doctor showed up 2.5 hours late after I'd checked in and had the IV put in. Bastard.

PS Versed is the best thing since sliced gluten-free bread. Aparrently I'm quite the humorist under its influence, as well...anyway I don't remember a damn thing after the Dr. said "OK, give him the stuff". I said, "Hey, that's pretty good" and woke up breaking wind in the recovery room...
