Eric, snowboarding?, say it aint so!
I am guessing maybe 170-175. I have looked at Atomic Supercross SX9 or SX11's. When I was a teen my parents bought me some cheap package skiis and I delammed the tips on two sets before the shop ended up exchanging us for some Demo Olin comp IV's, which I was unable to break (even after hundreds of tail landing, tip slapping jumps on icy lower Michigan slopes). Ever since, I have have been paranoid about my tips!
Oh to be young and stupid again (I lost a couple big toe nails from long weekends of poor landing techniques when I was a kid but man it was fun!).
Joe and Pete, it sounds like you have skiied the Soloman X-screams, I will have to check them out also. Either one of you two go to the Stoddards open house deal? I was there last summer for a couple of hours. Either of you two know Tab Tanner from over in my neck of the woods?
I remember an "in the trees" run at HV that was kinda fun on the mornings when there was fresh snow (not very steep though)
