Those countries that didn't connect with the info world were adrift and subject to war lords. Nation building is a different dimension than war. The best nation building group could easily be multi nation. If 200,000 or 300,00 nation builders were around to step in after the war machine Iran&Syria wouldn't be a prob now 'cause the machine could have kept rolling.

about really bombing Iran? I hope it's only to shake up Europe and Iran to believing that's it's better to follow the map of Lybia. I would tend to think that they're informed enough to know that Bush is relentless in his issues.
