Same here,
I have an older Ti 400Mz powerbook, and since I added a 512 Mb stick to the original 128 Mb, I have had the wake-up problem. At some point, I considered upgrading the OS to 10.3, but since there is the same problem with more recent Ti Books, it seems more hardware related. Now, I am just waiting for a G5 powerbook...
