Hi,

My mother is going to buy a new Mini Cooper and lives in Florida. Apparently there is no negotiating room on Minis and during her last new car purchase, I felt she got a little ripped off paying exhorbitant dealer processing fees. Since dealers can make extra profit on paper work, does anybody know what the standard processing fees should be in Florida? In Texas, those fees are capped.

I did a search on Google, but didn't find anything. Lastly, she is paying for the car herself, so there no financing to worry about.
