No answer here,just the same question. Just today I was reading a page of text without my reading glasses with good clairity as well. Most days that would be futile. My sight started to go about 2 years ago and I contribute it to age (46). My younger brother had eyeglasses when he was young, and he did sight practices and now he does not wear them. I'll have to ask him what the exercises were and post back.
