Angry Please help, ordering problem...

Hi,

I've been trying to buy some items from your online shop, I placed an order on the 7th of January (order n. 1105130887-172), but have never received any confirmation that the order has gone through.

All the emails that I send are not answered (about 4) and I don't really want to call from Luxembourg... a bit expensive... but last resort.

Can anyone look into it please???????????????????????

I have not received any of the items on the order yet, and the last message I received was about a choice in shipping costs, to which I answered the cheapest.
